- Plant engineering. Plumbing, heating and electrical systems
- Assistance and advice in the choice of materials, colours and furnishings (whitewashing, flooring, window frames, doors, bathroom fixtures, kitchen and anything else that is needed)
- Inspections and visits to showrooms
- Assistance with paperwork and payment of utilities (water, electricity, gas etc..)
- Property management. We will be your point of reference, if you wish, even after completion of the work.
