Briefly, we bought an unfinished three story building near Poppi which had been designed as two appartments and a very large garage on the bottom floor. With the assistance of Paggetti Casa, we were able to design and remodel the interior to make a five bedroom home, with additional gym and music room. The works included internal reconstruction to fit staircases, enlarge the main kitchen-diner and create an en suite bathroom for the master bedroom. The basement was damp-proofed and new internal walls were built. Wood pellet fired central heating was installed. Some work was required externally, including pointing the walls, creating hard standing and fitting fences and gates. We were in the UK whilst almost all this work was carried out. Paggetti Casa gave us regular reports and sent photos. When we visited, we were extremely pleased with the high quality of the finished work.The project stayed on budget, there were no hidden problems found, and the small snagging issues that inevitably occur on a long and complex project were quickly resolved to our satisfaction. We then embarked on the second phase of our project, which was the installation of a 12m swimming pool. This time, we were able to witness most of the work at first hand, and we were impressed with the skill and hard work we observed.Throughout the whole project, all those involved with Paggetti Casa have been helpful in responding to our requests, offering useful advice and ideas, and keeping us informed. We could not have found a better company to work with, and we thoroughly recommend it to you!!

Purchasing and renovating a property in your own country, where it is possible to oversee things directly in your first language, is difficult enough, but to do so abroad is so much more daunting.
Prior to purchasing in Italy, we had been warned of the legal and procedural bureaucracy which many find great difficulty with. For us, the process was a dream, with Paggetti Casa SAS dealing with all of our queries, issues and concerns, additionally advising us of and dealing with issues we were not even aware of. This ranged from the purchase transaction, registration documents, taxes and utilities as well as liaison with other professionals and authorities- not to mention their invaluable help with the language barrier in these very technical areas.
Post purchase, we were delighted to find that Paggetti Casa SAS were able to carry out the extensive renovations and amendments needed to our property, again to the highest quality, to our needs and at costs that were very easy to agree. Again, from the management of the statutory approvals and the liaison with the Geometra, to scoping the works, delivering a high standard of workmanship on site and providing a genuinely proactive after sales service, Gianluca and his team could not have been more helpful and supportive. All of this, carried out by Paggetti Casa SAS while we were back in London was an invaluable support which saved us enormous stress and effort.
We now have a wonderful property in a beautiful part of Tuscany, with a network of local contacts who have become valued friends, and our memories are of nothing but good experiences of how we managed to get there. This in itself is testimony to the hard work and care of the Paggetti Casa SAS team, to whom we remain very grateful.
